Explore how to grow
Shopify Care brings together, in one monthly plan, technical support, design adjustments and speed, SEO and conversion improvements for your live store. If something breaks, it gets fixed; every month, we improve what weighs most on your sales. The Shopify plan and paid apps are paid separately, directly to each provider.
Shopify takes care of the platform; Shopify Care takes care of your store. We define the plan with you according to the size of your catalog, the installed apps and how much you want to improve each month. The hours of each plan are confirmed in the meeting.
Shopify takes care of the platform: hosting, server security and system updates. What nobody does for you is what lives on top: the theme, the apps you installed, product pages, banners, the purchase journey and how fast all of that loads. Shopify Care covers that work. Every month we review the theme and apps, fix what breaks, make the design and experience adjustments your store needs and, depending on the plan, measure speed, review on-site SEO and test the purchase to find where sales are lost. It is maintenance for stores that already sell, not the construction of a new store.
Shopify Care serves stores that are already live, where the catalog changes, apps get installed and campaigns arrive, and every change can slow the store down or break a detail of the purchase. Instead of hiring loose hours every time something fails, you get a team that already knows your store and a bank of hours every month. It is the natural complement to the CRO Growth program: CRO defines what to test to sell more and Shopify Care keeps the store healthy in the meantime. It does not replace a new build or a migration: those are separate projects.
Shopify Care starts where the store launch ends. These are the questions worth clearing up before choosing a plan. If you are still evaluating the platform, the Shopify in Chile guide explains payments, shipping and common mistakes.
There are two separate costs. One is the Shopify plan and any paid apps you use, which you pay directly to Shopify and to each provider and depend on the size of your store. The other is Shopify Care, which at Bigbuda comes in three monthly plans (Esencial, Avanzado and Premium) that differ in working hours and in how much conversion optimization they include. The plan price is presented in a meeting, after reviewing your store.
It includes technical support, design and experience adjustments within the monthly hours of your plan, and theme optimization. The Avanzado and Premium plans add speed analysis and on-site SEO review; Premium adds navigation and purchase testing and CRO strategies. It does not include the Shopify plan or paid apps, a full redesign, a migration from another platform or Google Ads campaign management: those are separate projects and services. Hours do not roll over from one month to the next and, if a request exceeds the plan's hours, we quote the extra time before starting.
The platform changes what needs looking after. In WordPress Care the focus is on security, updates, backups and hosting, because the site lives on a server that has to be managed. In Webflow Care the focus is on design adjustments, UX and optimization of a site built in Webflow. In Shopify Care the platform is already maintained by Shopify, so the work concentrates on the theme, the apps, speed, the purchase journey and your store's conversion.
No, they complement each other. Shopify Care maintains and improves your store every month with a bank of working hours. CRO Growth is the program that analyzes how your customers buy, defines hypotheses and tests changes to increase conversion. If your store gets traffic and sells, using both lets every improvement be tested with data while the store stays stable. You can see how we work in CRO for ecommerce.
It depends on the state of the store. Before proposing a plan we review the theme, the installed apps and how the store is built; if there is something to fix first, we tell you in the meeting. If your store does not exist yet or needs to be rebuilt, the path is an ecommerce development project, and then Shopify Care maintains it.
First what fails or slows things down, then what sells. We review the theme and installed apps, fix errors, make design and experience adjustments within your plan's hours and, in Advanced and Premium, measure the store's speed and review on-site SEO. In Premium we add navigation and purchase testing, and CRO strategies to increase sales.
You let us know and we review what changed: the theme, an app, the code or the content. We fix what depends on your store and, if the cause is in the platform, we help you identify it and decide how to proceed, because the solution there is in Shopify's hands. The Advanced and Premium plans have priority technical support for critical incidents.
Yes, it is part of the service: banners, home page sections, product pages, collections, copy and experience adjustments. Every change uses hours from the month's plan. If you need more than the included hours, we assess the additional hours and quote the extra time so you can decide whether we finish it this month or spread it out.
Requests reach the Bigbuda team through the channel we agree on at the start. We order each request by priority, starting with what affects sales, confirm what we will do and how many hours it will use, and let you know when it is done. If something exceeds the plan's hours, we talk it over before starting.
Because it solves the infrastructure: hosting, server security and the SSL certificate are included, and the admin lets your team upload products, prices and content without depending on a developer. What remains on your side is the store itself: the theme, the apps, the catalog and conversion. That is what Shopify Care is for.
No. Shopify Care works with the Shopify plan your store already has. What changes is how far it can be customized: on plans without Plus, checkout customization is limited, so we focus the work on what can be controlled, such as the home page, collections, product page and cart. If your operation needs Plus, we assess it with you.
