How much does Google Ads cost in Chile? Agency fees and budget 2026

Last updated: October 2, 2026.

Google Ads has two separate costs: the advertising spend, which you pay to Google and decide yourself, and the fee of the agency that manages the campaigns. In Chile, agencies that publish their price charge from about CLP 400,000 to CLP 950,000 + VAT per month for management alone. Bigbuda charges from CLP 450,000 per month. Ad spend is separate, and how much it should be depends on how much you can afford to pay for each new customer.

This guide explains what you actually pay, which fees five Chilean agencies publish today, how to work out your budget without guessing and how to compare quotes without surprises. We are Bigbuda, a Chilean agency since 2010, and we take part in this comparison, so every data point about other agencies links to their own website.

The two costs of Google Ads

  • Advertising spend (ad budget): what Google charges to show your ads, usually per click. You set it with a daily or monthly budget and it is paid directly to Google, not to the agency.
  • The agency fee: what the people who set up, monitor and improve the campaigns charge: account structure, keywords and negative keywords, ad copy, bid adjustments, conversion tracking and reports.

The distinction matters when comparing quotes: a figure that includes ad spend and one that does not can differ by millions of pesos per month, and it is rarely stated. Always ask explicitly.

What fees do Chilean Google Ads agencies publish today

These are the management fees each agency publishes on its own website, read on October 1, 2026, in alphabetical order. When we did not find a published price, the agency does not appear.

Each agency states its price in its own way (pesos, UF, with or without VAT), so we do not convert or average them. UF is a Chilean inflation-indexed unit of account. If an agency has changed its rate, what the agency publishes prevails. To also compare reviews, years in business and who each agency works for, see the ranking of Google Ads agencies in Chile.

How management is billed

  • Fixed monthly fee: a predictable amount every month, regardless of how much you spend on ads. This is the model of the agencies in the table.
  • Percentage of spend: the fee grows with ad spend. It aligns cost with the scale of the account, but the agency earns more when you spend more.
  • Hybrid or performance-based: a fixed fee plus a component tied to conversions. What matters is not the lowest fee but the net return.

How much should your ad spend be

There is no single right amount. It is worked out backwards: start with how much you can pay for each new customer and how many you need.

  1. Define how much a new customer is worth to you and what percentage of that value you are willing to spend to win them. That is your maximum cost per customer.
  2. Estimate what percentage of inquiries turns into a sale. That tells you how much you can pay for each inquiry.
  3. Multiply that cost per inquiry by the inquiries you need each month. That is your starting ad budget.

The first month is for measuring with real data and adjusting. If an ad platform tells you to raise your budget and your account is already limited, consider whether it is better to add spend or to first improve the page visitors land on.

How to compare quotes without overpaying

  • The Google Ads account must be in your name, with administrator access. Otherwise you are tied to the agency.
  • Demand reporting by sales and return, not just clicks. A cheap click that does not convert is just spend.
  • Ask what the fee includes and whether the landing page is also optimized: the result is decided both in the ad and in what happens after the click.
  • Do not choose by the lowest fee. What matters is the cost per inquiry and per sale an agency achieves, not the percentage or amount it charges.

What it costs with Bigbuda

Google Ads campaign management with Bigbuda starts at CLP 450,000 per month, before VAT, and ad spend is paid separately, directly to Google. We publish the price on purpose, because it lets you compare before the first meeting rather than after the third. If you also need other disciplines, our 360 digital marketing service, which includes Google Ads, starts at CLP 790,000 per month. All our prices are on services and pricing (in Spanish).

How do I avoid overpaying for Google Ads?

Ask for the account to be in your name, demand reports by sales and return, confirm what the fee includes and compare the cost per inquiry each agency achieves, not just its monthly price.
